Optum
The Optum Claims Administration solution is a services-based COTS and MITA-aligned claims processing and management module developed to meet the requirements of states and CMS. The Optum solution streamlines operations, improves payer provider relationships, and makes the payment system more effective; and this modern approach is intended to help states capture and drive new efficiencies in health care delivery and operations.
Per Montana’s RFP Award, Optum offers the following on the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement:
- Core Services – COTS SaaS Claims Processing and Management Services Solution
- Option B – Call Center (Member and Provider Call Center)
- Option C – Federal Reporting
Please note: Optum was not awarded Option A.
