IT Vendor Managed Service Master Agreements will expire on 8/31/2022 with no more extension options. Participants are encouraged to explore extending their own Participating Addendums or other short-term solutions which may be available under their statutes to continue services. The new solicitation is still under review and his not been advertised yet. These awarded providers have state government experience managing the information technology temporary workforce. They provide managed service provider (MSP) services, which allows states to realize an increase in overall workforce quality, speed in delivery of IT professional needs and procurement through the implementation and configuration of a web-based vendor management system (VMS).
